We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and lead intake forms, including: name, email address, phone number, company or property name, property address, insurance carrier name, damage description, and any message content you submit.
We also automatically collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, buttons and links clicked, time on page, scroll depth, referring URL, and browser type) through Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics. This usage data is aggregated to help us improve the website and does not, by itself, personally identify you.

Form submissions are stored in a secured Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security, and access controls. Only authorized CCG personnel may access submission data.

We retain inquiry and lead data for up to 3 years to support our ongoing business relationship. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at james@coynecommercialgroup.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our website: which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked, and how far people scroll. GA4 uses cookies to measure this activity. We use it only to improve the website and our response to inquiries.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site ad tracking, or Facebook Pixel, and we do not sell your data. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) or "Do Not Track" setting.
