What property owners ask before hiring CCG.
Does hiring a public adjuster actually get me more money?
A public adjuster represents you, not the carrier, and is focused on documenting the full scope of your loss and interpreting your policy in your favor. For commercial losses, that depth matters even more due to policy complexity.
My carrier already made an offer. Is it too late?
No. A carrier's initial offer is almost never their final offer. CCG can dispute the settlement, request re-inspection, or invoke the appraisal clause. Talk to a public adjuster before you accept the carrier's offer.
What is the appraisal process in Florida?
Most Florida commercial policies include an appraisal clause: binding dispute resolution for amount disagreements. Both parties appoint appraisers, and an umpire decides. CCG manages the entire process.
How long will my claim take?
Florida law requires carriers to pay or deny within 90 days of proof of loss. Complex commercial claims often take 6–18 months. CCG holds carriers to statutory deadlines throughout.
