Every Loss We Handle

The losses we fight, on commercial buildings and Florida homes.

Hurricane & Wind insurance claim

Hurricane & Wind

Florida's primary peril. Roof systems, building envelope, and the interior water intrusion that follows.

Hail insurance claim

Hail

Impact damage carriers routinely minimize. We document every strike, slope by slope.

Plumbing & Water insurance claim

Plumbing & Water

Supply line failures, drain leaks, and the hidden damage behind walls and under floors.

Roof Leaks insurance claim

Roof Leaks

Slow intrusion, stained ceilings, saturated insulation. A small leak becomes a large documented loss.

Fire & Smoke insurance claim

Fire & Smoke

Structure, contents, smoke migration, and the interruption to your business or household that follows.

Cast Iron Pipe Failure insurance claim

Cast Iron Pipe Failure

Aging cast iron drain lines fail from the inside out. We pursue re-piping and the access damage it takes to get there.

Mold insurance claim

Mold

Mold that follows a covered water loss, and the coverage limits carriers use to cap it.

Business Interruption insurance claim

Business Interruption

Lost income, extra expense, and loss of rents while your property is out of service.

Lightning insurance claim

Lightning

Strike and power-surge damage to structure, systems, and equipment.

Collapse insurance claim

Collapse

Structural collapse and the coverage disputes over what counts as sudden and accidental.

Theft & Vandalism insurance claim

Theft & Vandalism

Break-ins, malicious damage, and the vacancy clauses carriers use to deny.

Common Questions

What property owners ask before hiring CCG.

Does hiring a public adjuster actually get me more money?

A public adjuster represents you, not the carrier, and is focused on documenting the full scope of your loss and interpreting your policy in your favor. For commercial losses, that depth matters even more due to policy complexity.

My carrier already made an offer. Is it too late?

No. A carrier's initial offer is almost never their final offer. CCG can dispute the settlement, request re-inspection, or invoke the appraisal clause. Talk to a public adjuster before you accept the carrier's offer.

What is the appraisal process in Florida?

Most Florida commercial policies include an appraisal clause: binding dispute resolution for amount disagreements. Both parties appoint appraisers, and an umpire decides. CCG manages the entire process.

How long will my claim take?

Florida law requires carriers to pay or deny within 90 days of proof of loss. Complex commercial claims often take 6 to 18 months. CCG holds carriers to statutory deadlines throughout.

The check came, and it does not cover half of it.

An underpaid claim is not the end of the story. Scroll what happens when a commercial claim gets reopened, re-inspected for hidden damage, and negotiated on evidence.
