4. No Public Adjuster Services Until Agreement Executed

Submitting a form on this website does not create a public adjuster-client relationship. No services will be rendered and no representation will begin until a written Public Adjuster Contract is executed by both CCG and the property owner or authorized association representative. All Public Adjuster Contracts are subject to the requirements of §626.854, Florida Statutes.

5. Solicitation Notice

Pursuant to §626.854(11)(a), Florida Statutes, CCG does not solicit insured persons or claimants within 48 hours after the occurrence of an event that may be the basis of a claim. If you contacted us through this website, you have initiated contact voluntarily.

6. Contingency Fee Disclosure

CCG operates on a contingency fee basis. Fees are a percentage of the insurance claim settlement recovered on behalf of the client. No fees are charged unless a recovery is made. Fee percentages are disclosed in and governed by the written Public Adjuster Contract. Contingency fees for public adjusters are regulated under Florida law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Coyne Commercial Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission from CCG.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to website use shall not exceed $100.
