Hurricane Isaias damage in Pensacola and the Florida Panhandle, from the air.
Full-length, licensed drone footage of Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach after Isaias. Coyne Commercial Group is a Florida public adjusting firm, and we are on the ground in the Panhandle this week with commercial property owners, condo associations, and HOA boards. If the storm reached your building, this is what we are seeing, and what to do about it.
Four full flights. Pensacola Beach, Beachview Condominium, and Caribbean Isle.
Nothing cut, nothing captioned. Flown October 12 and 13, 2026 by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot, and licensed to Coyne Commercial Group. Press play on any flight to watch the full pass.
Pensacola Beach after Isaias: roofs, balconies, and debris
The morning after. Roofs opened to the rafters, condo tower balcony walls torn away, metal roofing and building debris in the streets along the Gulf side of Santa Rosa Island.
Pensacola Beach flyover: Gulf-front condos and commercial buildings
A longer pass over the Gulf-front towers, hotels, and commercial strip on Pensacola Beach after Hurricane Isaias, showing roof damage and building envelope openings from above.
Beachview Condominium, Navarre Beach: full building flyover
Beachview Condominium Association on Gulf Boulevard, Navarre Beach. Coyne Commercial Group represents Beachview on its Hurricane Isaias claim. Roof, envelope, balconies, and common areas from the air.
Caribbean Isle HOA, Navarre Beach: community flyover
Caribbean Isle, between Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf on Navarre Beach, took heavy wind from Isaias. Coyne Commercial Group represents the Caribbean Isle HOA. Homes, docks, and shoreline from above.
The damage you can see from the street is the small part.
Roofs opened to the rafters
Shingle and modified bitumen systems stripped to the decking, and in places through it. Every one of these is a wind opening, and the water that followed it is part of the same claim.
Balcony walls and railings torn off towers
Gulf-front condo towers on Pensacola Beach lost balcony walls, sliders, and railings, often on the upper floors first. That is building envelope damage, not cosmetic.
Metal roofing two lots from where it started
Standing-seam panels and fascia in the street, on neighboring roofs, and in the water. Where it came from matters for the claim, and the footage shows it.
Docks, seawalls, and bayside structures
On the Sound side of Navarre Beach, docks and shoreline structures took wind and wave action. These are often separately scheduled on association and commercial policies.
If Isaias damaged your building, the first thirty days set the tone for the next year.
We represent commercial property owners, condominium and homeowner associations, hotels, multifamily, and retail across the Panhandle on large and complex hurricane claims. Beachview Condominium and the Caribbean Isle HOA on Navarre Beach are already with us. Here is what we tell every board and owner we meet.
Document before you clean up
Photos and video of every roof, every elevation, every unit that reported water, before anything is moved. Our drone footage is one layer of that. Yours is the other.
Read the policy before the first adjuster meeting
Hurricane deductibles as a percentage of insured value. Coinsurance. Ordinance and law. Business interruption triggers. These decide the number, and most owners meet them for the first time in the carrier's letter.
Keep wind and water separate
Wind openings in one set of photos. Surge and flood lines, with a tape in the frame, in another. Two carriers may owe parts of the same loss.
Report in writing, and do not sign what you have not read
A claim number from every carrier that may owe. No release, proof of loss, or contractor authorization until someone on your side has read it.
Call me before you call your insurance company.
I am in the Panhandle this week, inspecting buildings from Pensacola Beach to Destin. A phone call costs nothing and we can usually tell you in ten minutes whether your claim needs representation.
