Beachview Condominium on Navarre Beach after Hurricane Isaias: every building, every roof, the pool, the courts, and the Gulf front

Beachview is a Gulf-front condominium community on Gulf Boulevard in Navarre Beach: rows of two-story buildings with clay tile roofs around a central pool and tennis court, with the beach and dunes directly south. The association signed with Coyne Commercial Group for its Hurricane Isaias claim, and this is the documentation flight we commissioned four days after landfall.

Why fly the whole property instead of the damaged corner? Because an association claim is scoped building by building and location by location. The policy carries a named-storm deductible per building, so the flight has to establish the condition of every roof, every elevation, the asphalt, the courts, and the common-area structures on the same day, before any repairs start. The straight-down pass at the one-minute mark is the one the engineer and the carrier both get.

If you sit on a condominium or HOA board on Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, or anywhere on the Panhandle coast, this is what the first week of a properly documented claim looks like. We present to boards in person and answer questions before anything is signed.
